Collection: About the Founder
April Munnings is a dedicated artist and philanthropist with a lifelong passion for creating native art, which has always been a source of escape and relaxation. With each piece she crafts, a portion of the proceeds is allocated to a fund aimed at providing gifts or essential items to children and young adults in remote communities.
April's vision extends beyond individual contributions; she aspires to establish a foundation dedicated to supporting remote communities with limited access to stores. This foundation would focus on supplying food, essential goods, and facilitating celebrations such as birthdays and ceremonies.
In pursuit of this goal, April has obtained her private pilot's license and is now working on getting her commercial pilot's license. Her dream is to acquire an aircraft to personally deliver these necessities to isolated areas, ensuring that aid reaches those who need it most.
April is grateful for the support of her family and friends—without them, she would not be where she is today.
